TORRINGTON CT: Employees from the Northwest Division manned an ambulance at the grand opening of Torrington’s brand-new Ocean State Job Lot store, for their annual holiday toy drive.
Patrons of the new store came out in droves and stuffed the ambulance to the roof with toys to be given to the Toy Drive run by the Torrington Youth Service Bureau, in conjunction with the Department of Children and Families. Each year, the program distributes toys to underprivileged children throughout the greater Torrington area. The generous contributions given by the citizens of Torrington and surrounding towns, go a long way toward making the holidays a little brighter for needy kids.
Campion Ambulance is proud of our employees, Fred Rosa, Kurt Venghaus, Mike Martin, Mark Wildman, Molly Byron, Madeline Farrell, Pete Tranquillo, Josh Magdule, Rebekah Quint, BJ Languell, Scott Stocking and Tom Latosek, who took the time out of their own busy schedules, to participate in this event and be part of the greater community.
